Do I receive a refund if I cancel a transaction?

Yes, you will receive a refund if you cancel a transaction with a shop, based on the refund amount as confirmed to Pointspay by the shop.

What will happen to points or miles I’d collected on a transaction if I cancel it?

When a payment for which points or miles were credited is refunded, Pointspay will try its best to first reverse the points or miles credited. If this is no longer possible due to insufficient points or miles balance or technology limitations, the cash portion net of the value of previously credited points or miles will be refunded.
